THE PROCESS
By carefully selecting furniture, lighting, textiles, and decorative objects we will create a personalized style that best suits your preferences. This will not only make your second home by the sea more comfortable but also enhance its overall value. All of this is possible following our simple process:
01. Contact Us: use the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will call you back.
02. Sourcing & Selection: we will identify your style (minimal, nomad, high tech, etc.) and create a complete list of the products you need (a sofa, a coffee table, a carpet, curtains, a large mirror, a king-size bed, etc.).
03. Proposal: we will introduce your proposal based on your style and needs, including a mood board, plans, and 3D views.
04. Procurement & Quality Control: once you approve the design, we will take care of the procurement and supply of the products. Our process is catered to work with busy clients who live abroad so you don’t have to worry about visits to suppliers unless you want to be part of the process.
05. Delivery, Installation & Assembly: receive your fully furnished home, ready for you to enjoy.
MEET US
WHO WE ARE
Two friends from childhood born and raised in Alicante, who studied together in Valencia many years ago. We are passionate about healthy lifestyle, design and real estate and are reunited now in this mediterranean adventure.
Carmen Garcia is an architect living between Alicante and Belgium. While she frequently travels the world in search of inspiration, Belgium remains a constant for her. Passionate about all aspects of design, she draws inspiration from the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. She has a long career focused on refurbishment and interior design projects and has worked on a range of spaces, from luxury hotels to cozy beach apartments. She is currently working in different projects situated in Alicante and Villajoyosa for Belgian companies and foreign private clients.
Pati Santos is an architect ARB RIBA. After 10 years of missing the sun while living in London she is now reconnecting with her hometown, Alicante, where she spends half of the year. Pati has an expertise in healthy interiors and has led the architectural and interior design of a number of international projects, which have been widely recognised with different prestigious awards like Dezeen, Surfaced Design Awards or Don’t Move Improve and was shortlisted for the RIBAJ Rising Stars 2020 award. In addition to her design work, she works as a Lecturer in architecture at Central Saint Martins and has previously taught at University of Cambridge.
